Bad update
After the new update there’s no „add to the list” option. When I add a new song to my list (not playlist) it dissapears when the song ends. Before it wasn’t like that. I could make my list (not playlist) and every song I put there stayed there. Also before I could open an album and tap whatever song on it and the tracklist of the album would be added to my list from the song I tapped and now when I try to do that whole album adds to my list and the rest of songs that were already there dissapear. Please do something with it. Everything was fine a week ago. Now using Tidal is miserable.
Bring back version 5.2.1
Buggy app
This app is so buggy. I encounter many problems. For example, from time to time, when I minimize the app, the song stops. This happens occasionally when I start to play something else in the meantime and try to return to listening to a song.
Another issue is quite strange: when I tap shuffle on a playlist, sometimes I notice that a different song is playing than the one I actually hear.
Very often, I receive a message that I don’t have an internet connection, yet I can still use it online. For instance, when I go to the search page, it shows no internet connection, but as soon as I start typing a title, everything works fine. There are more minor issues. I am pretty sure you have many testers. How is it possible that they are unable to catch such obvious issues?
Oh, and how many times have I encountered unexpected errors and the songs just stop playing…

Choosing sound quality
I have been using Tidal for year and a half, ever since first time using it I am struggling getting the sound quality I want. Whenever I want to listen to the Hi-Fi version of any song, the only thing that changes is the quality icon, the sound stays the same. This is kind of annoying, because most the time volume of Master quality is too quiet for me. They also removed the option to disable song quality based on your internet connection, so I can’t do anything with that anymore. The only way to change this is to download the songs in wanted quality. Tidal also sometimes refuses to show the contents of some albums, making searching for songs pointlessly harder.
The sound quality is superb, but please fix the app.
