The app itself is good with the interface and its also simple to use, but one thing that they could add is a top up balance system so you can use blik or apple pay or google pay etc. to get more money in your balance. This would make it easier to pay gor rifing scooters!

Worst app and not possible to end ride!

Hi. While I was in Budapest I took a ride and everything was fine till I tried to park my scooter. I get to the parking point where I saw only ONE scooter, and app said that parking area is full. I tried to find other parking areas, what I did. I was riding to min 10 parking areas nearly hour trying to park my scooter. I wasn't able to do that, why? On parkings I met other people with same issue. Is it a way to get more money from people? Why it happens? I had some plans for this hour, in the end I was in other city part cause this was only one parking area where I could leave my scooter, and I needed to ride back to the place where I wanted to end my ride. I want to notice that all parking areas had from 0 to 5 scooters, this is not that much. Why is it happening? Me and my friends ended in different city parts while we're trying to park scooters and then we needed to ride to each other on taxi. What is wrong with this app? We has other plans for our day!

Good scooters, scam app

Scooters themself are big and comfy. Most of the time usage of the app it is very good experience.However one issue crosses out all the pleasure you had riding, because of scam issue in the business logic. It short: they force you to park scooter where they want, while taking you money and time. It is the issue with “full parking zone”. They dont allow you to end your ride where you want, so you are in situation where you forced to move yo other part of the city, while they taking your money. Sound funny how this is not still banned in App Store.While this might be a “clever” way by Product Owners to cut costs of service, by forcing users to do their job, but in long term it will result in everybody who faced it to search for other service. When you will be reviewing plans how to grow the business you can start with changing your Product Owners.

It’s ok, but payment method is not good

Good afternoon. The application is very cool, the interface is fine, the travel zone is also on top. The scooters themselves are excellent quality. There is one downside according to payment method. Why is it impossible to make such a payment method as in bolt scooters? To write off as much money as you drove minutes. Why did the app take 10 PLN as a deposit from me twice for two trips?! For some reason, the free 5 minutes after 1 trip did not work, although all the conditions for obtaining a discount were met clearly. I give 3 out of 5 stars. There will be a small request, dear developers, please change the method of payment for trips.
