Overall, I think toca world is such a cool game and it’s got endless possibilities when it comes to roleplays & stories, however I have been facing some issues recently. I’m 12, and I’ve been playing toca world for years now, and I haven’t had any problems with any of the games until about two years ago. I was playing the game, finishing to decorate my house, that I have worked on for AGES, and I was about to finish, when the game kicked me out. I didn’t think it was going to be a big deal, but when I got back into the game, I discovered that all my houses have reset & I have lost all my gifts. It’s just like the reset button in the game clicked itself.
I was sad for a while, but then I re-built all my homes, and started collecting gifts again. However, after a while, this has happened again. I obviously re-did the whole world again, but then it reset again. At that time, I was furious, because I seriously loved the Sanrio items, that were available at that time, and I also had the modern mansion just finished.
I have seen other people on the internet also face that problem, and I was just hoping that you could do anything about that.
My world reset again just now, and I just had to write this.
Is there a way you could bring back everything I have lost right now?

Some ideas for the game

So I’ve been discussing with my friends what should the game have and we all thought we need some clothing and more options on the characters. Like more hair shades, colorful hair, bangs, albinism. More places to buy like clothing store, cosmetics store, nail salon, spa, museum I’ve even heard a idea or a craft store or a candle factory. All of those with hidden locations. There’s also been an idea of having an option to play with your friends and having moods. So it’ll make some more sense. Because right now the game is just about walking around and decorating your home. The characters are smiling all the time and if not for role play stories they don’t even need to eat or sleep. There should also be a cook book with all kinds of recipes. I mean I know there’s one in he restaurant but I was hoping for one book with all the recipies. Also more face expressions. There’s also one problem I’ve had a few days ago.. I created another character but then my others disappeared. So maybe less lags..

Hi! The game is cool and these new places are fantastic but theres a problem. When im playing and im editing a chater the things in there hands are gone and if we play mabey when we pack things in suitcases all of them are removing and its a hard to find them again. And theres a problem also with that when we want to edit a one chater and we have maked four its gliching and when you finish editing this one chater the rest of them are gone out the catalog where we pick wich chater we want to play. This app throw me out every 10 minutes. This game is also LAGING even for a minute. Thats soo anoying. And when someone dont have or cant have the places for real money its just unfair for them theyre cant build these luxury houses or places for real money they just dont have a cool play and im not disapoined this app dont have a good reputation. Why can you just can make these places for free. Okay i understand some people buyed that but U (TocaBoca) can give this money back. I fink then youre app gonna be more popular and more gamers gonna play in this app and i fink theyre gonna be happy! Please fix this and make the builds for real money free!!

If you haven't yet provided a video showing the issue, that would be really helpful for us, go to https://tocaboca.com/help and choose contact us. If the issue isn't reproducible then that is great!

If it is still happening and if either: you create more characters and they are not showing up in the doorway of Floppily or if they're not showing in the sidewalk for you to select them, then it'd be great if you can you try the following:

- Take some screenshots of characters that aren't showing up
- Make some slight adjustments to the characters and then exit Floople and see if the issue is solved?

If you've provided all the information you can and don't mind the progress of your world being reset, you should be able to solve this issue by clicking the red reset button on the main menu (please try it again if you're tried it previously).

We understand that it can be frustrating to have to restart your work over! The reason we need you to manually reset the game is because your game is probably stuck in a bad state and the issue (and other issues!) could continue to occur. While resetting your app will mean all the progress you've made in your world will be reset, any purchases that you've made in the app will still be there. Also, while the progress in the app is reset, any characters that you've created with the Character Creator should show up as normal again, and any gifts you've claimed should be on the Post office shelves.

You can manually reset your Toca Life: World app by pressing the red reset button on the start screen.
