All in all great
Game is very polished. Nice visuals, amazing gameplay. The only disappointing fact is that there are some events only for money. I don’t mind events that are for both for f2p players and spending money whales, but rewards only if you spend money is a bad move in 2021. I recommend adjusting this one thing and game will be perfect :)

this is a game perfect for racists, if you spend a lot of money, you are untouchable, you can insult everyone with the worst words and the staff will protect you because you will never get banned. They will never remove the goose that lays golden eggs :). You can, dear players, send them pictures with racist insults towards a given player and all they will do is tell you to block that player :) but be careful newbie, if you don't want to spend a lot of money on the game, you are treated like a worse player and you are already subject to the rules and for posting inappropriate messages. you will get banned
Game is great but support us terrible.
I accidentally deleted one of my profiles. It’s a very poor UX design to put account deletion in the same place where you switch between accounts and also with very similarly looking warnings. I reported the issue via support section in the game. Total lack of interaction with support. Only automated replies. I provided all the information that was available to me about my lost account. I’ve asked a number of questions and made a few suggestions how my case can be resolved. Nothing was done to help me. And my money invested is gone. I like the game itself though.
