Bug during the registration
I have been trying to open an account for three weeks now. They seem to ignore my messages regarding the problem I’m facing. The app yields a prompt “Something went wrong. Account details not found for:…”.
I don’t see my settings, I don’t see the number of the account I am supposed to send a 1€ to…
The support did not tackle the issue I came to them with.
It’s been three weeks now and still no luck.
New app is crap
Eine echte Verschlimmbesserung!
I usually do not write anything … but this update … i mean what the flying efff?
The new logo looks like an unvompleted draft…
The new UI is ineffective an inefficient… simplification simply overengineered.
Time to say goodbye if this will not be reversed!
A tragedy
It takes them over a month to answer me regarding the bug that causes my indicator to show -3% daily telling me it is common. It’s the main visual function🙂.
