The app does not work

The app does not work. The premium version purchased is completely useless as the shortest and clearest audio cannot be transcribed and download as a text - which is after all the whole purpose of the app.

Thank you for leaving a review, though 1 star means "bad" to most users. 3 or 4 stars means "okay" and 5 is "great". Ratings make a big difference to our tiny team if you could please update your rating to be more accurate? We'd also love to know how to be "great" for you!

As I explained to you via Email, in order for the transcription best work, you have to make sure the audio has no surrounding noises and one person is speaking at the time. You have to also make sure the language spoken is correctly set for the audio language, otherwise it won’t transcribe properly. We are working hard to improve our services and we do appreciate your feedback on it.
