Cannot upload data to the helmet
I have a POC Otocon Race MIPS helmet and an iPhone 13 Pro. After a dozen or so tries, I gave up because the application cannot upload data to the helmet :(

Sorry to hear that you had a hard time interacting with your equipment. If your understanding that the integrated hardware isn't directly below the functional symbol on your equipment, please get in contact with the brand you've purchased the equipment from. Be safe!
How to upload data
To upload data with iPhone had some problems but you need to find your NFC antena … near back photo lens but after upload helmet works great.

As you said well, when you scan the integrated NFC hardware you need to very precise of where you place the scanning area of your phone. But now when you know, I guess its super smooth!
