Usługa została wprowadzona testowo dla wybranych użytkowników. Jeśli testy okażą się pomyślne, a funkcja spełni oczekiwania użytkowników, można spodziewać się rozszerzenia tej funkcjonalności dla innych. Nie jesteśmy jednak w stanie wskazać żadnej daty.
Terrible app
I wanted to close my account and I’ve already sent 2 emails to the customer service over a week ago and no response... I’ve also tried to reach them on chat but chat is not working. They proud themselves in being innovative fintech but such basic task as deleting an account is much worse than in many traditional banks where you can do it from internet banking.
