Achieve one standard
I spread out my preference of Uber over taxis, then some of your drivers challenge my thinking by their own rules and low performance, as an example from yesterday - the app showed the driver to arrive in 5 min, then he took a different route, when I called him to know when he was he informed me that he took another passenger and could come for my ride after the trip to a different direction (dworzec zachodni), when he took my trip earlier to the airport (okecie). That was my second disappointment with Uber, after 3rd I don’t know if I could handle more.
Indispensable but not perfect
Drivers’ behavior regarding accepting rides is often unpredictable- they accept but take ages to arrive forcing customers to cancel rides.
Also, destination address update doesn’t work and hasn’t been fixed in the last couple of updates, you must rely on the driver’s understanding to get to where you want if you change your mind after calling the ride.
Useless support ever
Dear Uber, I strongly recommend to hire more qualified personals for your support teams.
I was blocked from using program because my last order was not delivered fully and after I informed support, the guy from delivery made the second trip and delivered the rest. I try to contact support team again but after that they blocked my account.
After second month someone actually answered me in very arrogant manner. Here are the replay:
It appears that your account has been placed on a temporary hold for activity that violates our Terms and Conditions. It will be unavailable for you to use until further notice.
We will let you know if we will consider lifting the suspension.
