- Progressive exercises: Your workout logs show rest periods, sets, reps, advanced techniques, RIR and other information which you can compare each session
- Check in pictures and assessments: compare all your assessments side by side so you can stay on track
- In app chat: help and guidance via the app chat
- Forum topics: discuss tips, learn and socialise with a group of people who are on similar journeys to yourself
