I downloaded the app out of curiosity as one of my friend recommended it to me.
I am quite sceptical about this kind of apps, but I have to admit that univi got me hooked up.
It’s really helping me building my habits in everyday life, especially in first module, where I can relate my struggle to Kate’s financial problems.

I like coins collection after completing the task. Giving it to you a feeling playing a game on your phone on the way back home sitting on the train.

Positive surprise!

I’ve tried several apps before, but couldn’t find the right fit. Univi was recommended by a friend of mine with similar challenges. I was a little bit sceptic at first but very quickly realized how great it is.
It has totally changed the game for me in managing my ADHD! The courses are super engaging. The personalized meditations are mind-blowingly good. They've really helped me chill and focus better.
