Useless application!
Despite what they say in description, this app gives you no information about delivery time, except raw: „to be delivered before end of the day”, which in the evening disappeares without a trace, replaced by „scheduled to be delivered till end of [next date]”. Same situation repeates next day again. App gives you NO possibility of contact with or at least check of actual position of the courier, which cannot be traced by the phone operator in customer helpdesk either. Ridiculous!!! The worst courier service in the world - same as this application!
Terrible
The registration is long and I felt tired doing it, I can't receive any confirmation mails, the package numbers doesn't transfer (from mail or phone number) on its own and every time I have to put them manually, the adres confirmation requires to wait for a letter to be sent with a pin number to my address and it's not very convenient. Also the tracking said that I would get my package tomorrow but I get it this morning with is strange and difficult to predict
Absolute trash
1. To edit delivery preferences I have to register in ups then I have to register in the My choice. But this trashy service hardcoded that I am in the US, but I am in Poland so I can not do anything with my parcel.
2. This is not the app it is webview lagging all the time
3. App stated that my delivery will be handed specific day and time range, but nobody came at the mentioned hours. Now app tells me that new time will be provided asap but 24h later no status update
