VAIMOO is the e-bike sharing in your city. Whether you are going to work or enjoying your free time, an Elegant, Robust and Comfortable VAIMOO e-bike is the fastest and funniest way to move around the city. Leave your car, an e-bike is waiting for you whenever you want, just grab it and ride!



HOW VAIMOO WORKS

Download VAIMOO App from your digital store and sing up

Search for an available e-bike from the map

Reach and grab the e-bike after unlocking it from the app

Ride as long as you want. When finished, park the e-bike in a station (real or virtual) and end the trip by closing the ring lock lever on the front wheel.


REAL AND VIRTUAL STATIONS

There are two kinds of stations marked on the map as places where you can find or leave bikes. When you get to a station, you’ll find that a docking station has physical docking slots, while a virtual station does not have a physical rack.

To keep the city clean and tidy, we would like to make bikes available only at stations and not everywhere. You are still free to leave a bike outside a station, but we will charge you a fee for that, as we’ll need to pick up the bike and bring it to the nearest station for the next user.


RIDE SAFE

Ride VAIMOO e-bikes following safety rules and regulations. Do not ride on sidewalks, do not drink alcohol before riding, do not park where it is not allowed. We recommend that you use a helmet during your ride and bring an identification document with you. If you find broken or wrongly parked e-bikes, please report it to us through the app.


PRICING AND PAYMENT METHODS

Check the pricing in your city from the app. You can pay with your credit card on Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and JCB circuits.

VAIMOO is currently available in Rotterdam and new cities will join soon.
