Poor performance and not enough features

The only function of this app is to submit receipts for your claims. It’s useless for anything else related to your policy. For other things you have to switch back to the browser interface, this includes tracking the progress of your claim, getting details about it, or communicating with someone on the support team. It creates a fragmented experience and is very time consuming. Why develop an app with just one function? Why doesn’t it even offer a simple way of looking up if something is included in my policy? There’s so much more that this app could do instead of customers having to call or write to support all the time.

APP od crashing

After logging into the account, the APP is crashing all the time.
