On the app, you can:

Our app can be used on iOS 13.1 and above, although we recommend that you stay up to date with the latest operating system if possible.
We routinely test on some of the following devices, as they are our most popular:
iPhone 7, 8, 6, 6S, 11, XR, X and XS.

Car play?
Problem with Apple CarPlay in Volvo
Overall works well but there is a persistent and frequent issue when using with apple CarPlay in my 2022 Volvo
It suddenly stops playing back with all speakers and plays a reduced quality sound through just the center speaker only - almost as if one of the channels stops working.
This effect happens ONLY with the Virgin app. It never happens with eg Heart/global player.
