Worst Neobank experience ever

At this point I am not even worried about the money, I am actually glad that I never had to rely on this account and I never topped-up the account for more than 200 eur per month. I got my account cancelled without any logical explanation whatsoever and with all my funds frozen. If I had the chance attach screenshots I’d show how inefficient the customer service team was. It is such a shame because I have been using my account for over a year, since it came to the market and never had any complains, it was indeed my “travel card”. This last experience makes everything turn into such an awful experience. For real, if you need a neobank I’d rather try Revolut or N26.

UPADATE: The developer’s team response is such a joke as I got an email from the Vivid team where they state that my account was mistakenly suspended. For real, never going back to vivid.

Terrible

It was a mistake to try to be their Customer.

Once you install the app you would need to make a call with their employee/consultant who will make a screen shot of your passport details and also they will collect private data and even your voice will be recorded.

In my case the consultant was rude and unprofessional. Moreover, after that call I was supposed to become their customer and my account had to be active. However, it’s not happened. They urged me to pass the data collection process one more time but the only I really wanted is they actually deleted everything they already collected on me.

One of the support team employees contacted me and I clearly asked him to delete my data and not proceed with opening the bank account. They even didn’t reply! I am really concerned about what they can do with my personal data. I am truly thinking going to police.

I would recommend to stay away from this service.

Account closed for no reason after few months or one year

They just closed my account without any reason. For apps and banks like this only put as much money as you may need that time you need it. Don’t put there money just like in bank or any savings there. Only put money there and only the amount you meed while you know you willl use it same or next day
