Używam bardzo często
Voyzer jest najlepszą aplikacją na telefon typu Text-to-speech jaką znam ale nie idealną. Używam 2 języków angielskiego (wbudowany) i polskiego (zakupiony). Z obu jestem zadowolony. Języki nie brzmią idealnie ale jakość jest akceptowalna. Dla jasności dodam ze słucham głównie tekstów i książek naukowych w których intonacja nie ma specjalnego znaczenia.
Voyzer ma możliwość przycinania nagłówków i stopek tak aby pominąć numery stron etc. Nie sprawdza się to w przypadku przypisów dolnych.
Program ma wady. Nazwy zaimportowanych pdfów bywają przypadkowe i nie da się ich zmienić(!). Fatalnie czytane są śródtytuły (np. Rozdziałów) - przez brak kropki na końcu łączone są one z następnym zdaniem. Teksty wielojęzyczne są koszmarem a wbudowany słownik gdzie można podać wymowę konkretnego słowa nie działa. Cześć pdfów (ok 10 na 147 które mam w aplikacji) jest czytana błędnie (dotyczy to także pdfów generowanych z stron www przez IOS!). Program pomija lub czyta blednie znaki z poza alfabetu łacińskiego (typu ō). Brak jest możliwości zaznaczenia interesującego fragmentu tekstu (podkreślenia). Program teoretycznie zapamiętuje miejsce w którym skończył czytanie ale to działa w 30%. Program nie numeruje stron a tylko podaje ile minut czytania zostało. Odnalezienie wiec konkretnej strony/ fragmentu jest bardzo irytujące. Program często nie reaguje na próby wskazania miejsca rozpoczęcia czytania (nie można przesunąć kursora we wskazane miejsce na stronie).
Program nie obsługuje poleceń ze słuchawek wiec nie można np. Cofnąć tekstu o zdanie lub akapit. Najbardziej irytujące jest jednak czytanie przypisów dolnych i podpisów pod ilustracjami jak części głównego tekstu, często wtrącając je w połowie jakiegoś zdania jeśli jego koniec jest na następnej stronie. Tak czy inaczej to nadal najlepszy program TTS jaki znam.
