I’ve been using Walutomat for over a year now and it works smoothly. If you want to perform a transfer on a weekend you’re warned that it can take a bit more time than usually (which is max 30mins). The transfer fee is low and it is more profitable to exchange money through an application than your own bank🤷🏼‍♀️

If you want to lose access to your funds, choose Walutomat. The IT system and the application have many errors. Transaction for PLN 10,000 suspended for several days, due to a system error, the money was not credited to Walutmat, although the intermediary (przelewy24) transferred it. The Walutamat system does not have the option of re-processing the payment. Finally, the payment must be returned to the intermediary, which takes up to 12 days.
If you want to lose access to your funds, choose Walutomat.
