Cannot turn on app

After the last updates I cannot turn the app on. It just let me to go to the app loading screen and then nothing. I love this app, please fix this ❤️

Its not rlly working ;(

I absolutely love the app ! It got me a bit more into reading a while back and I love it, overall app is fun and stuff but I had to make a new account multiple times because everytime I wanted to log into my original one, it showed that the password/e-mail is incorrect or the account doesnt exist but when I tried logging in on the browser, it worked normally. I also cant seem to read some of the stories for some reason, I click on them and they load but just dont open !

Password problem??

The app overall is great, although using the iPad version is a nightmare sometimes! When I try to login, it says my password is incorrect, even when I successfully use the same one to login through the browser. I checked it at least ten times.
Reseting the password is also impossible unless you do it on the computer.
