Wellhub (Gympass‪)‬ 4+

App works terribly, the pins on map aren’t easy to click and often very baggy, in the search bar there is no filters by categories like to search for yoga/gym/pool etc, that seems like a primary need in the search otherwise why do you have it. Almost any places are integrated in Gympass meaning that user can not book a class directly from the app and every time need to call/write email to the studios… so annoying. Gympass bought Andjoy and it’s so sad, comparing to Andjoy the user experience in Gympass is terrible.

Please know that aside from searching gyms by name and address, you can also enter activities (like bootcamp or yoga) to locate gyms within your area. Also, you can book classes for some of the gyms directly through the Gympass app as long as their booking system is integrated with us. I'm a software developer myself and using this app makes my blood boil. Apart from the fact that I had to reset my password 3 times, because it crashed on the reset password page, I cannot access any of the settings - not even notifications - unless I provide my phone number. Once you get to the phone number confirmation it says that it's purely optional, yet the field can't be blank... Not to mention the field shows a country prefix that isn't automatically added, which is misleading. If you paste your number, e.g. +49 XXX it ends up with "+49 +49 XXX" at the beginning, so the logic tells you to remove the prefix from the pasted number, but then the app switches your selected prefix to the US (+1). Seriously, do you guys have any UX designers?
