Please all of you watch out from this bank it has no fiscal contacts, no costumer service, only by email and u get always answer like we are sorry please wait and wait, they close my account and keeping my money for about one month while they said by email that money will be sent to my bank account within 2 days and now one month and I’m still waiting for 500 USD

Everything worked well until you deposit some money. All of a sudden I cannot login and they have all my money. Calling the customer support contact which they post in all they comment responses doesn’t help, they say we’ve escalated but now it has been two months and they still have close to 2000 USD, locked up in an account you cannot access. They say they understand and they are working on it but honestly they don’t, they inconvenience peoples lives and they seem like it’s just a normal technical issue at the office but these are real peoples lives you’re meddling with. If you cannot solve the technical issue, allow people to collect cash from your physical shops! Even took more effort in order to post this comment because they tried to block me!!!! Why release the app if you know you’re having trouble and you won’t be able to let people access their money

I opened the account in a few minutes and immediately ordered physical Visa Platinum debit card (which is for free). Good app with user-friendly interface and lots of options for money transfers. I can perform international transfers, withdraw money at ATM when I’m travelling abroad, redirect transactions, and even add the card to Google Wallet. Hope there will be more bonuses in future. Really recommend 👍
