App crashes when taking a photo

I bought an option to input photos taken with a camera, but after clicking use photo app crashes. Everything else is ok

Step by step not working

Step by step solutions stopped working properly, only little part of solution is shown and it can't be scrolled

Fraud!!

I bought pro version of this app and after few months they changed it to subscription based charge so after an update I lost my pro. They want me to pay again. On the customer care people behave like a monkeys. They ignoring me. They did a fraud on me. Don’t give them your trust.
