Level 59

Can all levels in general (and level 59 in particular) be solved without opening the locked hole - I have tried all permutations and there doesn’t seem to be a way to remove the topmost horizontal bar with the 3 free holes. The bar just falls at an angle that partially blocks all 3 free holes leaving no option to remove the last screw. Is the locked hole an inevitable part of the solution? I didn’t need it previous levels.

No tutorials on how to run special levels

At some point you reach levels where bolts are locked behind keys, but there are no tutorials on how you’re suppose to get the key-so you just run out of time and lose.
