At least two major bugs in app
Firstly, I added money to my account and it still had info that account blocked, no further explanation provided.
Most importantly, I logged out and wanted to log in again - PIN send via SMS didn’t matched, every time I tried, so I couldn’t log back in.
I cannot believe I’m saying this
The app works. It ACTUALLY works. The new UI does it’s job without being over complicated. Time between downloading the app, logging in, topping up 10PLN and riding was >5 minutes. Stopped the fare without problems. My rental history shows everything including where I started and where I parked the bike. This is the easiest it’s ever been to use the app. Congratulations to the dev team. The app is a success
I couldn’t rent a bike
I couldn’t rent a bike. App was saying that I should be next to bike and I was! Meanwhile my collegues rented their bikes without a problem. After a while of strugglin my mate rented bike for me just fine.
And finally I realised that my bike had runflat tire on front wheel. Great experience! Now I have my 10PLN stuck on this account forever.
