Great broker!
I’m pleased with XTB services for multiple years now. But I have one suggestion, it would be great to be able to set max currency rate in which we would like to exchange money in eWallet instead of just exchanging it with current exchange rate.

High commission on withdrawal
Very high commission on withdrawal of foreign currency (usd in my case). While it states XTB doesn’t take commission on it and mediator banks can do it – i’m informed, however implementation of such transfers are quite weak: it takes not domestic but international transfer so yeah it can be expensive, but you as a company can optimize it as other fintech services do and it could be few bucks instead. Now as a user imagine you withdraw tens of thousands and how much would you lost.
BTW there was in the past at least one bank transfer where didn’t take commission at all. And again the problem – transfer within one country (PL) and you may have domestic free transfer or international very expensive one.

Very limited functionality and stocks variety, frequent instabilities
1. No After/Pre market trading - how is this possible for a trading platform? A lot of price moves are happening in after /pre hours and you can lose a lot of money / opportunities if your sls / tps are not triggered at that time
2. No options trading
3. A LOT of tickers is not available e.g. from NASDAQ
4. Chart, its ease of use, info sections about a ticker - very limited functionality and bad data structure compared to modern trading platforms. Web is a bit better in terms of instruments, but mobile app is worse
To devs: is it possible for you guys to make an integration with tradingview? their chart and instruments are unmatched and give indisputable advantage. the same question about options trading and pre/after market hours - is it something you work on to implement or there is no sense expecting this from you? thanks
