Good app

I swapped Revolut to Zen and I’m surprised how clean and simple is Zen. Works well, fast... good zenefits ;) and I believe some further will come soon.
I didn’t compare exchange rates yet, however it seems that they are on almost competitive level.
I miss goals ( and savings options from Revolut), but maybe it will appear in a future as well.

Very good, but Long time processing transfer

The application is very nice, everything transparent works smoothly. the only thing that spoils it is the long time it takes to process transfers. after sending the transfer to the recipient, it takes two days later. it's unacceptable for today. You need the option of immediate transfer or at least the normal processing time when the transfer is sent to an account in the same currency and in the same country, the transfer should reach the sender at the next session, if it is not a transaction from another country with a different currency. A two-day trial is unacceptable, it doesn't take that long anywhere. it would be worth thinking about it, because if it weren't for the perfect application, the lack of this function is decisive.

I was a Zen fan

But for a last weeks the app started to crash, asking for new sms codes and recently for “last 4 digits of Id that was used at registration”. Problems with adding money from external card, occasionally money transfers not working.
The help staff is hopeless - they don’t know what is happening and dont have solutions. “We will send you an email” and email doesn’t come.
It is a shame, because it is great app and benefits. But is getting worse and worse…
