The application is very nice, everything transparent works smoothly. the only thing that spoils it is the long time it takes to process transfers. after sending the transfer to the recipient, it takes two days later. it's unacceptable for today. You need the option of immediate transfer or at least the normal processing time when the transfer is sent to an account in the same currency and in the same country, the transfer should reach the sender at the next session, if it is not a transaction from another country with a different currency. A two-day trial is unacceptable, it doesn't take that long anywhere. it would be worth thinking about it, because if it weren't for the perfect application, the lack of this function is decisive.

I have tried to solve simple issue - change of my plan. Very frustrating with existing Support. ZEN charges were wrong and it took me a lot of chatting to get them back, even though it was ZEN mistake. They were not even sorry. But with inflows of cash from my bank accounts? Out of 5 attempts one was successful, Support advise: Try different amount. This start up is a joke!

Nightmare to track spending

If you have funds in currency A and make card transaction (or even authorisation) in currency B and you have no B funds ZEN makes conversion from A to B and only than makes card transaction in currency B. It is a nightmare as:- if your tx is reversed (authorisation cancelled) you get money back in currency B. You may not be able to convert it currency A if amount is small. Also you loose twice on spread. - There is total mess in statements. You will see conversion in statement for currency A, another one in statement for currency B. And then you have card transaction in statement B. What is more if you make tax at the end of the month conversion will show in the previous month, card tx in the following one. Good luck reconciling statements. Others like Revolut in such case will directly charge A account and return funds to A. One entry and no losses on spread, mess in statements.

Locked Out Without Explanation – Dishonest and Unfair Treatment

I had an account with ZEN, verified my identity, and used it for several months without any issues. Out of nowhere, I was suddenly asked to provide proof of all my top-ups from the past months. I complied immediately — I sent my employment contract, proof of salary transfers from my bank card, and all records of my crypto-to-ZEN transactions.Only after submitting everything was I informed that in Europe it is not allowed to top up via USDT. I had no prior knowledge of this restriction. I am not a crypto expert — just an ordinary IT employee — and yet I was punished for something I had never been warned about.Instead of helping me resolve the issue, ZEN simply blocked my top-up function with no clear reason. When I asked for an explanation or at least a chance to fix the situation, I was told: “we have the legal right not to disclose anything.” This is absurd and deeply unfair.I am a fully honest and legal user. To be treated like this — without transparency, without the chance to clarify or correct — is unacceptable. ZEN completely failed to support me as a customer.
