App is as good as support - which is not the best!

I have purchased several magazines via Zinion and cannot access some of them. The App is not stable with some magazines - they are dissapearing and you need to write several times to the support, but despite many trials I still do not have the issue resolved. Support is not effective and I do not recommend purchasing anything via Zinion. I do not know whether people realize, but it is not like in a physical world when you buy, you have it and you can use it. Here - anything can happen. When it works - great app, but poor support in cases when it doesn't.
