Provide more translations (including Polish) and introduce pricing tier for individuals

Overall the tool is great. I see two major problem with it though.
First - missing pricing level for individual customers. 13,99 eur is too steep for an invidividual. An individual does not necesarilly need 100 participants meetings. On the other hand 40 minutes limit is painful for family meetings. There should a lower pricing tier with smaller participant limit (10-20) and longer meetings at a price of 5-8 EUR.
The other problem is lack of translations for many languages. I am interested in Polish localisation in particular. That makes it difficult especially for elderly family members to interact with the app. Those people usually do not speak English.

Problems in split screen mode

Overall zoom is good, very useful app. I like to use it, but there are two serious downsides when use zoom in split-screen mode:
1. You can see only 4 participants. Which is very disappointing. Is iPad a problem (9th, 2021)? Is it not powerful enough to show more participants at once, like 9 or 12? or you can work on that?
2. When other co-host shares his screen, I can't see other participants. I can only see shared screen. It doesn't allow me to conduct the meeting. Can you do something with that?

With these two problems zoom on iPad is unusable for me, I have to use different device.

Great simple communicator

I’ve been using Zoom for over a year and find it user friendly and effective, best place to hold meetings. Keep up with good work zoom team 👍.
