It's not true that it's bilingual!
Although it's announced that the app (which is of the utmost interest in many ways!) uses Chinese and English as languages to access it, the truth is that it's all in Chinese...
It's gotten to the point where they won't even accept the phone number of a European cell phone to register by sending a code by SMS!
There are other (official) ways of logging in or registering, such as via WeChat, but nothing works: we're back where we started in a hellish vicious circle!
In any case, I have access to CCTV.com via the web, which I turned into an iPhone app.
When these things happen, I wonder what could possibly make big companies not tell the truth (with all due respect!) about such crucial aspects?
Of course, I may not have seen where the button to change the language is...
But I spent more than an hour exploring the app (with the help of an automatic translator...) and I didn't see it!
Which is a shame, really...
That's why I gave it the lowest score!
