Won’t let me level up

I’ve been trying to level up one of my characters for several days (many times at different times of the day) and it won’t let me because “there’s no ads”… NGL after like the 3rd failed attempt y’all could just give the free level up, considering you’re the ones who aren’t playing the bloody ad and not me refusing to watch it.
