This app will increase your quality of life

This app is fantastic. Simple, intuitive, and with an elegant design. I've never seen anything like it before. It's different because we can visually see our day. It helps a lot with procrastination. The biggest difficulty in life is underestimating how long it takes us to do something. So, it helps immensely because I can know and adjust it visually. Also, integrating a task agenda with circadian cycles was a very clever idea with health benefits. And we understand visually in which areas of life we are spending more time and others that we need to pay more attention to.

Additionally, the fact that it works with the Apple Watch is excellent because I don't have to have my phone nearby all the time.

The only suggestion is that they could include a synchronization button. I like to set up the day on the iPad, and sometimes I don't know how to force the synchronization of the day I set up with the iPhone.
