Ampler app allows you to have control over your bike and keep it up to date. Use the app to view live speed & odometer, control lights, assist levels and adjust the motor support to fit your needs. The bike keeps track of your riding activity, which you can later view in the app.

It works
The only new thing is the lock the bike function, that unable the bike to be turned on by the switch and bring some more safety. The display is less heavy, witch probably consumes less battery from the phone. It connects a little faster than the old version.

Hello! Sorry to hear you are having trouble and thanks for letting us know. I understand you are in touch with us already and since your case is a bit more specific, we need to handle it manually. Your controller should have the new firmware, but is missing a bit of data from our server and therefore can't connect, sorry for that. But this is fixable, we would just need your Bluetooth ID, which you can see with NRFConnect app in this case. Have a look at the support e-mail from Ampler, more detailed instructions there. Sorry if you have already checked and are in the process.
