Que vergüenza de asistencia que supuestamente dicen que brindan cuando no hacen nada y no responden.
Terrible ...
An app to support people when they are in need should be 90% about quick and intuitive availability of information about contracted coverage and procedures in emergencies , and not 90% about stuff that has nothing to to with the main focus of having spent hundreds of dollars in a travel insurance !! The app should have a clear top layer for emergencies and only then a second order for low relevance stuff such like touristic advice and links to buying more services from the insurance company... what a flop !!!
