Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can turn off auto-renew up to 24 hours before your next subscription payment is due via your App Store settings page. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

Unico que me deu a disposiçao de ter em outro dispositivo os codigos, e como eu uso apple wacht, isso fica perfeito, pois vc nunca vai perde todos os aparelhos de uma só vez, e se ficar , somente o relogio, voce consegui volta todas as suas contas novamente, deixa o google autenticator como app de criança.
Só tenho uma questao, podia baixar o valor da assinatura vitalicia.
