Seria interessante permitir a troca de passagem pelo app quando o voo é cancelado por parte da cia aerea. Nesses ultimos meses tive 3 ou 4 voos cancelados e apenas um consegui fazer a troca dos voos online, todas as outras vezes q tentei sempre deu erro e tive que ir ate o aeroporto resolver isso.
Eu sempre priorizei comprar passagens com a Azul entre Xap e Lis, mas em uma compra que fiz durante a pandemia e precisei cancelar, nao consegui usar parte do voucher pelo app. Perdi 2 mil reais por conta disso. Se existe credito, ele deve ser usado em qualquer compra por qualquer meio (site ou aplicativo).
Pagamento para estrangeiro muito complicada
Faço um pagamento e fica sempre pendente. Depois tento pela navegador e pede sempre um CPF pra adicionar um cartão.
E depois de colocar um CPF de alguem, nao aplica o desconto do cupão.
Depois nao há opção para falar com alguém, só com um assistente virtual que não ajuda neste problema….
Muito prático
A azul é uma ótima empresa, e o aplicativo é muito fácil de usar, rápido e de fácil entendimento
