Almost a year without updates

How about updating, make it iOS15 user friendly and ask for a small amount to get rid of the adds?

Automatic refresh of iPhone battery level does not work as expected.

Can you try the following?
1. After turning off / on Apple Watch, launch BatteryPhone.
2. Uninstall BatteryPhone using the iPhone Watch app and install it again, then launch BatteryPhone on Apple Watch.
