Worst brand & pathetic service

Unable to receive an OTP on my Boat Xtend Pro watch overseas, pathetic service from customer support team. Replying to the emails and whatsapp chat after 2-3 weeks just to say sorry for the inconvenience. Not even care to revert on the messages and complaints. After almost 2 months, they are unable to provide me with the OTP solution. I wonder who gave them the authority to call themselves No. 1 smartwatch brand? They don’t care to reply to your emails and messages on whatsapp. Such an awful brand. Such shameless people sitting there treating customers like nothing. I wish I could give them Zero rating.
