Simply the best

I’ve been using this app for the last 2 years and I can’t describe how much time and headaches it saved me.
You can ask for everything here, from rides or food, laundry or home cleaning, up to car rental and bill payments.
I truly recommend the app and the plus subscription as it allows you to save way more than the monthly fee!

To much money has been deducted

I went to dubai and i had installed careem app i had used this app 3 days 1 it was after that they started deducting money i booked to time taxi which is costing 20 AED AND 22AED but careem deducted money both time 60AED after that i went back to my home country and now today again deducted automatically 15 AED when i was not there . Its just a stupid and fraud app don’t used it

I would like to know why you continue charging me for Careem plus, if I already cancelled it in November?! That’s a complete abuse!! I’ve downloaded again your app and I simply can’t find a way to cancel your terrible service. I’ll wait for your response.
