Is it dead?
Since the launch of the 2020 model has only had one upgrade.. It seems to me that this model will not have more upgrades and the tag will forget it. Some problems remain unresolved, connection failures, charging issues . I feel it's preferable to have a classic watch and a smartwatch from a smartphone brand. I'm also sad I can't use the new porsche's watch face it’s really beautiful

TAG must be joking with clients !
Owner of other TAG watches but very disappointed with “Connected Series”.
Also this IOS App does not help customers in any way (only to stay away from TAG Smartwatches) !!
Regarding the developer response I must say that at the same time I wrote this review I also sent a message through the web link and until now nobody from TAG has ever contacted me !!

How can this happen, a watch so expensive and have connectivity problems!
