It works perfectly until the last 7 days of premium.. then it wont find you Any match bue if log out of your account magicaly it finds everyone .. the support only tell that its based on your preferencies and They cant change that so they’r not very helpfull

It indeed might take some time to find a person to talk to if there are not that many users online, but there should be no logging out of the account unless you personally do it.
Please try to reload the app, and ensure the Internet connection is well enough. If some difficulties remain after that, please reach the General Questions live chat available in-app or e-mail us at support@coomeet.com to discuss logging out of the account.
