▶ QR Pass
Present QR Pass when ordering. For information necessary for use, such as product use, cancellation policy, and transportation, check the Notice and Detailed Board specified in the store information. Customers can check the QR pass with the email and phone number entered when ordering. If there is something wrong with QR Pass details or if it is difficult to check, please contact DONGNEMALL at Kakao Special Plus Friend @DONGNEMALL.

▶ Notice of purchase completion
The QR Pass for the purchased product will be sent through MMS and Email. The QR Pass can be used on the reservation date. Please visit a restaurant, transportation ticket, or product sales store, present the QR code, and use it according to your reservation schedule. However, if inevitably a change of the date of use is required on site, you may request a change of the date of use to the relevant store. However, it is not possible to change the reservation (usage) date for the “Optional Tour” product (reason: it occurs when there is no tour on the requested date of change or when the tour is full).

After purchase, cancellation and refund up to 7 days before the date of use cancellation and refund are available, however cancelation and refund is not available from 7 days before the date of use (except for reasons of force majeure such as natural disasters and merchants fault). Please present QR Pass before using the store.
