But here’s the surprise: instead of simply learning a technique, top performance comes from repetition - practising a skill so many times it becomes second nature. This is what top sportspeople, musicians and actors achieve when in the flow. Their ease and spontaneity are the result of much-repeated practice. Yours can be too.

I am David Young, the managing partner at DPY Associates and creator of DPY Business Coaching App. My technology partner is Hemi-Sync®.
