Don't over-tighten drum heads!
Pitches of a drum head tuned beyond the tuning range limit may cause erratic/'jumpy' readings displayed as random frequencies below 450 Hz.
So, in case your snare's resonant head is tuned beyond 450 Hz, the app may show an erratic pitch below 450 Hz.

The real deal!

I'm a professional touring Drummer, this App works flawlessly, super accurate. A time saver. In my experience, lights away from the gadgets you clip on the drums.
I can't even imagine the work behind a masterpiece like this app. Ridiculously complete, with amazing visuals. All drum brands and skins available.. that's crazy.
Can't live without it.

Great support from the programmer

When I purchased the app, I had some problems with it.
I contacted the programmer by email and he gave me a fast response. I described with detail what was happening and he made the necessary corrections on the app and made a new release. Now it works great and I full recommend this app for all drummers!

Previous feedback: Hi, CT7AHV. Apologies for the inconvenience. We are on it! Thanks for describing the issue. The bug you describe has been reported last week by another user on iOS 15 & iPhone 12. Since it was reported, we're working on its solution. It's a UI bug and we estimate it'll be fixed the coming week. BTW: We just released v.2.0.30, with the latest optimizations for iOS 15 that were addressed so far.
We'll release v. 2.0.31 in the course of next week to finalize the optimizations for iOS 15, which will also include the bug fix for the bug you describe.

FYI: Whenever a new update of iOS is released, it's always possible that this requires an app update too to accommodate the changes of the iOS and to ensure flawless compatibility on all devices. Unfortunately, we can only collect the bugs we couldn't crush in pre-release of iOS 15 on large scale, from the moment that most users update to iOS 15. Because of that, we run slightly behind the facts. (We have a very small team, there's no multinational software developer behind this product. ) Whenever we log/collect a bug/crash, or receive user feedback about such, trust that we use it to start working on bug-fixes and optimizations asap.
Please contact us at support@drumtunepro.com with details. We are happy to add you to our beta test team, so that you can follow up closely on our progress and verify the bug fixes on your own device, before it becomes an official release. That way you'll be able to use the test release already.
