Ducati Connect is the perfect companion for the Multistrada V4 line-up.
Ducati Connect is the perfect companion for the Multistrada V4 S, Multistrada V4 S Sport, Multistrada V4 Grand Tour, Multistrada V4 Rally, Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak and Multistrada V4 RS.
After pairing, Ducati Connect will wirelessly establish a connection with your bike and enable smartphone mirroring.
With Ducati Connect you may:
• Search your contacts or type a phone number using the keypad;
• Play your favourite music by scrolling through folders, artists, albums and playlists;
• Get directions with the Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps app installed on your smartphone.
All easily accessed from the Multistrada dashboard without ever taking your hands off the handlebars!
Notes:
• Ducati Connect is compatible only with the Multistrada V4 S, Multistrada V4 S Sport, Multistrada V4 Grand Tour, Multistrada V4 Rally, Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak and Multistrada V4 RS.
• The "Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps" has to be separately installed on your smartphone to enable the navigation functions on your Multistrada dashboard. The Premium navigation license will be activated free of charge following the first connection.
• Continued use of GPS tracking, Bluetooth communication and Wi-Fi mirroring may reduce the battery life of your smartphone.

Kind of a shame
It’s almost unbelievable to buy a premium absolutly not cheap Ducati, over 30k € and deal with this poor design compared with some half price bikes showing around with apple car play making fun of me with a 30 plus € bike and can’t even set a decent route. Ducati needs to understand that this system is non user friendly, non usable.. a complete disaster.. leave me speechless how they can make a bike so good with a poor system like this, and saying that they are the most technologically advanced bike of the moment.. solve this asap please

Dear user, thank you for your report. At the moment Ducati t does not provide support for other Andorid Auto and Car Play, but does provide Ducati Connect with the integration of the Sygic navigator with premium licence. We remain at your disposal, thank you, Ducati team.
Really bad
I’m on my 5th Ducati bike so I really love the bikes but this app is awful: a nightmare to connect with very limited functionality. Now since I updated my iPhone to iOS 16 just doesn’t connect saying the Wi-Fi on my iPhone is off when is actually on.

Connect ? Ridículo
Uma aplicação q deveria suplantar o AppleCarPlay e o AndroidAuto e não faz nada melhor, totalmente fechada em si própria. Nada de Spotify, GoogleMaps ou qq outra aplicação mundanamente conhecida é compatível ou possível de ser instalada. Instalaram um sistema numa Adventure Bike que não lê ficheiros gpx. A Sygic pagou bem à Ducati numa infeliz procura de mais assinantes mas de facto não têm qualquer utilizador satisfeito e todos nós pagámos mais de 30.000usd pela moto. Triste!
Já lê gpx? Que maravilha… desde 2020 sem acrescentarem qualquer App e tudo o resto permanece inalterado. Todos os proprietários a comprarem equipamentos Zumo e ouvirem música diretamente no capacete! Leiam reviews atempadamente e questionem os users!
