Terrible experience
This app does not offer refunds to the original payment methods, meaning once you charge your account, you will never get the money back even if you don’t want to use the service anymore. I charged my account after scheduling a session with an E-pal and the E-pal did not show up to the session. I got a refund, but the refund only goes back to your E-Pal wallet and never back to your bank account. So now I have 40€ stuck in an app that I will not use. Do not recommend.
