Birth Without Fear is a method that guides expectant parents and support persons to a safe birth without stress and fear.
The method is now available as a digital birth support ELSA birth app (Early Labour Support App) with the goal of giving you birth preparation and the best possible start to your birth.
You will be guided through the method step by step and have the opportunity to practically prepare for the birth and to use our unique guiding contraction timer when the birth starts.
In the app you can:
• Learn about the method Birth Without Fear.
• Practice breathing, relaxation, voice and thought.
• Learn how to provide support during childbirth.
• Book in a childbirth class, live in your home wherever you live.
• Get questions and answers to the most common questions from licensed midwives.
• Use the guiding contraction timer with recorded audios from when the contractions starts at home.
With the subscription plans, you will get the following features:
• Online childbirth class for “Give Birth Without Fear”.
• Guidance on how you and your partner can work together as a team during the childbirth process.
