Stopped working, exercises are blank

I’ve purchased the anual subscription in November. Finished 4, 14 day programs with a few interruptions in between.

I did follow up the exercises it’s quite easy to follow along. It had some bugs like showing the supplies demo in the middle of a face workout. A few days ago I finished the my latest program and all the exercises disappeared with a statement of new workouts would come up soon, it has been nearly a week…there’s no costumer service contact available so I’ve contacted them through IG and through WhatsApp, It was a bot answering and so far no one as come back to me with a reply or with a solution to transfer my subscription to there new program that is advertised on IG.
