Can’t access the treatment menu or the configuration menu on the app when connecting to ufo mini.

Tried to contact Foreo by chat on the app and email every single day since I got the device and had no answer from them.

Every time i got the same answers from the assistants on the chat, they were going ti report the situation to their supervisor and asked me to send an email (because they should answer in 72h).

I can’t even file a complaint... this is unacceptable.
