Muito bom. Comprei.

Uso regularmente no ipad somente com teclado externo. O som de cada tecla torna-se hipnotizante tal como escrevia à máquina quando era pequeno. Talvez seja o som da máquina que traga memória agradável e consiga atualmente escrever conteúdos mais elaborados

I ALMOST love this app

But, quite simply, it crashes so often, it makes the act of writing an absolute inferno. Basically, if I have to switch between Hanx writer and another app, it comes back with a trillion bugs:

1) It crashes regularly.

2) The page keeps on disappearing into the typewriter, and I have to reopen the app several times before it works again.

3) When I am writing, all of a sudden the cursor changes line and what I write continues appearing on the line above until it either disappears from sight or crashes.

Please, can someone fix this with an update. I’m sure it’s not rocket science for you guys. And it’s such a shame, because if it worked seamlessly it would be one of my all-time favorite writing apps and I would give it five stars.

Please, please, please, will someone in the tech department have a look at this and issue an update! I really want to keep using this app, but it detracts so much from the act of seamless writing that I eventually just switch to word feeling utterly frustrated.

Signature collection issue

Hi I need help I recently bought the signature collection but the app doesn’t show the other typewriters. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app clicked restore and reset the iPhone but to no avail. I also contacted you on you “contact icon” but I didn’t received any email or callback. Can you help please?
